Returning your order
• Do you want to return a product? Only unopened products in original condition and in the original packaging are eligible for reimbursement. The condition is that you report this within 24 hours via email@example.com and that you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt. Use this Return form. Download this form, complete it and return it within 14 days with the purchase.
• If you have received (a) product (s) that you did not order, leave the packaging intact. An unwanted product that is nevertheless used or of which the lid or cap has been opened is considered to be a product accepted by the customer. The product that has been opened can no longer be returned or exchanged.
• When the packaging is opened and it appears that you, for example, do not like the color, the product can not be exchanged. So be careful when placing orders.
• As a customer you are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the returned goods.
• Mrs. Highbrow is not responsible for packages that are transported to Mrs. Highbrow lost during transport.
• Once the package has been received in good order, the purchase amount, minus the shipping costs, will be credited. The credit will take place within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment. Save the return receipt until the purchase amount has been credited.
